| Doom Reborn Reboot!! -

Hey guys, after three years I have decided that I need to revive the project.
One of the first things on the "to do" list is to update the Doom Reborn source code to match the latest version of Doom 3. I have noticed that many people have downloaded the mod only to find they get an error saying "dll wrong version". In the mean time you can deleted the pk3 file that holds the dll but Doom Reborn will prob not run 100% correct but it is a work around till the new updated is released.
At this point I am not 100% sure how long it will be till the new version is released that fixes the above bug because I'm not sure if I still have the original source code from the last release (beta 0.80). I need to have a look through my old files from 3 years ago and if it has been lost rewrite the code from scratch again.
As for new stuff like finishing the last remaining maps of episode one, I will need to get into that after the code is sorted and the fix is released obviously. But if you are one of the old team members for three years ago please feel free to get in contact again! Would def help things progress faster.
One thing I would also like to look at for the project is porting it over to Doom 4 when it is released latter this year, would be an even better way to reboot the mod. I'm hoping that the Doom 4/Id Tech 5 engine is going to be similar so content such as maps can be easily ported over.
